Services
During our first meeting we assess what is important to
you.  What is your vision? ...Your style?  ...Your thoughts
on a budget?  With these essentials in place, next we
start planning.  We'll confer on how involved you'd like to
be.   We work with you to create a flawless event by using
the above mentioned steps.

Typically, venue selection is first.  Even if this detail or
several details are already in place,  we can assist you
based on what you need.  We can put together a creative
team - florists, photographers, videographers,
musicians, etc. -  according to your preferences. We'll
even handle your guest list and help you arrange seating
logistics.  Your details are our details
.

Which event planner is right for me?

The right planner will listen to you and ask the right questions to tap
into your vision. Whether it's a wedding or other special event, your
planner will make suggestions and present ideas.  During this
exchange, you should be assessing your level of comfort.  If it feels
right, you've found your event planner!
So where do I begin?
1. What is Your Party For?
Knowing what the party is for will give us focus - a way to help us organize your party.

2. What Kind of Party Do You Want?
A lunch, a brunch, a casual dinner party, cocktails, manicures and martinis with just a few
friends? Knowing this will also lead us down the path of having a spectacular event.

3. How Many Guests are You Inviting?
Knowing the amount of people you are expecting can help us figure out what you can afford.

4. When Will the Party Begin?
The time of the party will directly affect the type of party you are having. For example if your having
a family function and cousin Lisa's twins need to be in bed by 9:00 PM you may plan a daytime
lunch or a mid-day brunch.

5. What is Your Budget?
Be realistic and map out how much you want to spend on your event. Decide on what you can
afford, make a list of every aspect involved in your party then assign a certain amount for each.
Just be sure that whatever aspect that is most important to you has enough of your budget to
cover it. Imagine having a fabulous invitation, amazing decor and then the service is less than
spectacular.

6. Where's the Party At?
At home, in the park, at a chic gallery?

7. Will it be a Formal or Casual Invitation?
Consider your invitation your personal messenger - an invitation sets the tone, it will give your
guests an idea of what kind of party your having: formal, wild, casual.

8. Production
Don't forget to think about decor, lighting, music, gift bags the extras that make your party the
one people talk about.

9. What's to Drink?
Coffee and tea? Or will you be setting up a bar at home, creating a martini lounge, serving beer
and wine only? The drinks have to be a reflection of your concept and fit into your budget.

10. What's to Eat?
Just like your drink menu, the food has to be a reflection of your concept. It could mean a buffet,
just deserts or plated feasts. Let's not forget about the service - no one wants a discourteous
server plopping down your well thought out menu.  There are a few options: food place on the
table,  presented in a buffet or with servers that pass through your crowd with finger foods.

Gulp...Do I Have to Do This Alone?
Nope.  Based on your preferences, a professional planner will make recommendations, always
saving you stress, time and money.

At All Seasons Event Planning, I know it is, and I want to help you let
everyone else in on it.  I succeed only when you do. My goal is to find
compelling creative concepts that deliver on the clients objectives.
The magic begins after I've done my homework:
Listen. Process. Then Create.
